Deposit & Withdrawal Options with FXDD

We offer a variety of methods for depositing and withdrawing funds quickly and easily. There are no fees for making a deposit and you are free to withdraw your funds at any time. Please log into the Customer Portal to view deposit and withdrawal options.

  • All redeemed funds will be returned the way the funds were received.
  • FXDD does not accept 3rd party deposits.
  • You are free to withdraw funds at any time.
  • FXDD does not assume responsibility for funds sent via traditional mail, nor will we consider funds available for trading until they have been deposited, cleared, and credited to the customer's account.
  • A $50 bank wire fee may be applicable for redemptions under $7,000. The fee will be deducted from the trading account if there is an available balance, otherwise, it will be deducted from the requested amount.
  • Additional redemptions from any of the client’s account(s) during the same calendar month will result in a $40 charge per redemption. The minimum redemption amount for wires is $100. If the redemption amount is less than $100 there will be an additional $25 fee charged.
  • If there have been no executed trades in the Customer’s Account for a period of time, the Account may be subject to an inactivity fee. An inactivity administrative charge will be applied to your account if no trading activity occurs within 90 days. The inactivity fees are based on the following schedule: for accounts inactive for less than 1 year - $13 per month, for accounts inactive between 1 to 2 years - $17 per month, for accounts inactive between 2 to 3 years - $20 per month, for accounts inactive over 3 years - $23 per month.   • FXDD offers USD, GBP, EUR and JPY trading accounts.  All deposits in local currencies such as PEN, BRL, etc. are converted via current exchange rates.
