How To Fund Your Trading Account

We offer a variety of methods for depositing and withdrawing funds quickly and easily. There are no fees for making a deposit and you are free to withdraw your funds at any time. To make a deposit to your trading account please login to the customer portal.

Deposit via Customer Portal

All redeemed funds will be returned the way the funds were received.
FXDD does not accept 3rd party deposits.
You are free to withdraw funds at any time.
FXDD does not assume responsibility for funds sent via traditional mail, nor will we consider funds available for trading until they have been deposited, cleared and credited to the customer's account.
FXDD will cover the costs of the first withdrawal per client each calendar month. Additional redemptions from any of the client’s account(s) during the same calendar month will result in a $40 charge per redemption. Minimum redemption amount for wires is $100. If the redemption amount is less than $100 there will be an additional $25 fee charged. FXDD highly recommends you to use an alternate payment processor to avoid this fee.
If there have been no executed trades in the Customer’s Account for a period of time, the Account may be subject to an inactivity fee. An inactivity administrative charge will be applied to your account if no trading activity occurs within 90 days. The inactivity fees are based on the following schedule: for accounts inactive for less than 1 year - $13 per month, for accounts inactive between 1 to 2 years - $17 per month, for accounts inactive between 2 to 3 years - $20 per month, for accounts inactive over 3 years - $23 per month.
