Terms and Conditions

By entering your information in the form above and clicking on the "Sign up" button you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agree to all terms and conditions herein. You also acknowledge and agree that in order to continue to access the Trade the News voice broadcast service free of charge that you are required to complete thirty (30) round turn standard lots each month. If you do not complete the required thirty (30) round turn standard lots, FXDD is entitled to and may debit your trading account $60 for that month. Should you decide to terminate your subscription to the Trade the News service you agree to notify FXDD by email addressed to sales@fxdd.com at least five (5) business days prior the end of the month for termination effective the following month.

FXDD reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time without notice and you agree to be bound by the most recent text even if that information has not been specifically communicated directly to you after it has been made available on our web site.

By signing into this service, you further understand, accept, and agree to the following: 1. Information can be inaccurate and/or incomplete; 2. Information can be mistakenly re-released or be delayed; 3. Information may be incorrect, misread, misinterpreted or misunderstood; 4. Human error is a business risk you are willing to assume; 5. Technology can crash or be interrupted without notice; and 6. Trading decisions are the responsibility of traders, not those providing additional information.

By signing in to this service you hereby assume all liabilities (financial and/or non-financial) and consequences for any losses that may arise from any information provided by TTN. Trading in the OTC foreign exchange markets involves a high degree of risk, and financial losses can and do occur on a regular basis and part of the risk of trading.
