By entering your information in the form above and clicking on the "Sign up" button you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agree to all terms and conditions herein. You also acknowledge and agree that in order to continue to access the Trade the News voice broadcast service free of charge that you are required to complete thirty (30) round turn standard lots each month. If you do not complete the required thirty (30) round turn standard lots, FXDD is entitled to and may debit your trading account $60 for that month. Should you decide to terminate your subscription to the Trade the News service you agree to notify FXDD by email addressed to our Sales Department at least five (5) business days prior the end of the month for termination effective the following month.
FXDD reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time without notice and you agree to be bound by the most recent text even if that information has not been specifically communicated directly to you after it has been made available on our web site.
