To download the FXDD Trader software, please visit our demo sign-up page. Upon completion of the demo sign-up form, a prompt to download and install the FXDD Trader Platform will appear.
Using your mouse, click on “Run” and install the software from the website, or save the file to your computer, find the setup file and double click the icon to start the installation. After the setup completes, an FXDD Trader icon will appear on the your desktop.
The application will run on a Macintosh after you install and run Virtual PC. FXDD cannot guarantee the stability or reliability of such a set up. Try this at your own risk and you will be more than welcome to share your experience with us.
Occasionally, on weekends FXDD will run maintenance on the system, resulting in a reboot of the servers; hence some data or features may be temporarily unavailable. Neither live nor demo trading are available on the weekends.
Yes, you must have the JAVA (JRE) installed on your computer in order to run FXDD Trader. The automated installer usually checks your system and installs the necessary components.
