FXDD is seeking an intelligent, motivated, and hardworking Forex Sales Associate to join our team in New York City. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work independently and maintain composure in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to a worldwide customer base.
- Interact and provide support to clients via online chats, email, and telephone.
- Perform inbound and outbound sales contact.
- Work hand in hand with Compliance department to establish and maintain FXDD and NFA standards.
- Work with team leader to assess, follow up and solve problems concerning assigned Money Managers and Introducing Brokers.
- Maintain workflow and follow up with new clients to make sure all new accounts receive service in a timely manner.
- Will be required to pass the Series Three certification within three months of hire.
Education and Experience
- Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of sales or account manager experience preferred.
- Customer service experience.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must be eligible to work in the USA legally.
- Must be proficient in MS word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Experience working with Securities Investments or Foreign Exchange.
- Must have good command of the Portuguese language, oral and written.
- Foreign Language skills a major plus.
- Must be able to type 40-45 wpm.
