Funding by ClickandBuy

Clients may send funds to FXDD using ClickandBuy services as an alternative to sending a wire transfer or check. Services provided by ClickandBuy are independent of FXDD, as ClickandBuy is not an affiliate or subsidiary of FXDD. Furthermore, using ClickandBuy as a means of transferring funds is only at the discretion of the individual customer. FXDD does not endorse or recommend usage of ClickandBuy over any other form of payment and FXDD assumes no liability for any transaction between its clients and ClickandBuy. FXDD will only credit the customer's trading account within 3-4 business days of receiving confirmation of the customer's ClickandBuy transaction.

Customers may only fund an account with FXDD once the account is approved and an email with an FXDD account number has been provided to the customer. All payments sent to FXDD must match the customer's name and account number exactly as held at FXDD. In compliance with applicable financial regulations and the Patriot Act, FXDD does not accept third party payment and neither executes third party payments, nor guarantees the receipt or the return of such payments.

Transactions are limited to a minimum of USD $100 per transaction and maximum of USD $2,500 a day. You will be required to verify the status of your account with ClickandBuy to deposit higher amounts (maximum $25,000). See table below for maximum deposits in all currencies.

* Only accounts funded through ClickandBuy can be redeemed through ClickandBuy. FXDD specifically reserves the right to return funds to clients via ClickandBuy rather than via check and/or wire.

** Only individual accounts can be funded through ClickandBuy. Any funds sent through ClickandBuy to fund a corporate account will be refunded

Funding by PayPal

Furthermore, using PayPal as a means of transferring funds is only at the discretions of the individual customer. FXDD does not endorse or recommend usage of PayPal over any other form of payment. Given the possibility of a client losing their entire investment, speculation in the foreign exchange market should only be conducted with risk capital funds that if lost will not significantly affect your financial well-being.

Funding by a Bank Wire / Transfer

Wiring of funds is the preferred and the quickest way to transfer funds. Please allow 1-2 days business days for the funds to be credited to the customer's account.

Funding by Mail (Check)

FXDD does not assume responsibility for checks that are sent by the mail, nor does  FXDD consider funds available for trading until they have been deposited, cleared and credited to the customer's account. This process generally takes 5 business days from the time the check is received.

FXDD is prohibited from accepting cash or cash equivalents (e.g., money orders and traveler checks). FXDD cannot accept personal checks from an individual that is NOT listed on the account. For example, if Joe Smith has an account with FXDD, Jackie Smith cannot send in a check under her name to FXDD to fund Joe Smith’s account.

Transfer by Broker Processing Service (BPS)©

Broker Processing Service, is a company that facilitates electronic transfers and reconciliation of investment funds specifically tailored to the financial services industry. BPS centralizes the transfer process for all counterparties. The investor and brokerage firm have one point of access for all transfers thereby reducing time and cost spent in cash management. All transfers occur in real time and provide all parties critical information on the date, amount, status and brokerage account for all transfers.
