FXDD is looking for bright technically oriented candidates to fill the Technical Account Manager role(TAM). The TAM works directly with institutional clients supporting the sales team from a technical side. This role is accountable for all technical issues within the client relationship. Candidate should be self-motivated, energetic, driven and looking to build a career in a fast-paced market environment at a top brokerage firm. Job Requirements:
- Be able to speak and write clearly
- Have a good GPA from a top university
- Be flexible to work various shifts
- Have proven ability to own and manage multiple customer relationships
- Drive resolution of customer issues -Apply fundamental troubleshooting to each customer issue
- Use project management methodology to track and drive customer requirements and technical solutions
- Sound decision making and critical thinking skills
- Ability to mentor and coach team members
- Organization and prioritization skills
High Level Technical Knowledge of the following
