JOB DESCRIPTION

FXDD seeks a Sales Associate to manage client relationships. Candidates should be bright, energetic individuals who are self-motivated, driven and looking to build a career in a fast-paced market environment at a top brokerage firm. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Have a strong interest in financial markets
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance
  • Be able to speak and write clearly and be fluent - reading and writing in one of the above languages listed.
  • Be quick thinkers and strong problem solvers
  • Strong technical skills and comfortable with Internet Technologies and Microsoft Desktop Applications.
  • Be flexible to work various shifts

Job Description

  • Support FX customers from around the world
  • Understand and discuss FX markets and how they work
  • Answer customer account questions
  • Discuss the FXDD trading platforms with prospective customers
  • Use an intelligent soft sales approach from a reputable company with no cold-calling
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
