Job Description
FXDD seeks a Sales Associate to manage client relationships. Candidates should be bright, energetic individuals who are self-motivated, driven and looking to build a career in a fast-paced market environment at a top brokerage firm. Job Requirements
- Have a strong interest in financial markets
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
- Be able to speak and write clearly and be fluent - reading and writing in one of the above languages listed.
- Be quick thinkers and strong problem solvers
- Strong technical skills and comfortable with Internet Technologies and Microsoft Desktop Applications.
- Be flexible to work various shifts
Job Responsibilities
- Support FX customers from around the world
- Understand and discuss FX markets and how they work
- Answer customer account questions
- Discuss the FXDD trading platforms with prospective customers
- Use an intelligent soft sales approach from a reputable company with no cold-calling
- Build and maintain customer relationships
